Effective Communication & Skill Development Training (Piloting)

After studying the Community Learning Center Capacity Development Management Manual 2078 published with the support of Center for Education and Human Resource Development and UNESCO Kathmandu, we conducted a training for the different participants, members and staffs including interns of Kalika Technical School today under the title of a Effective Communication. The training was facilitated by Nisha Bisunke, Secretary of the organization and Lalita Lamichhane, Coordinator of Shikharapur Open School. The program was conducted by Aayusha Bhandari, Program Assistant of Shikharapur CLC.

The program was held at Shikharapur Hall. The duration of the training was about 3 hours. The purpose of the training was to conduct training on the basis of the prepared manual of CLC Management Capacity Development and to enhance the capacity of the participants in the topic of effective communication. We have gathered experience that this book will be of great help in enhancing the capacity of community learning center operations and management, especially for community learning center officials, managers, facilitators and volunteers. We have felt that the employees have taken this as a preparation to conduct various trainings in the future and this has increased their capacity.

प्रभावकारी सञ्चार विषयक क्षमता विकास तालिम

परीक्षण

 

शिक्षा तथा मानव स्रोत विकास केन्द्र र युनेस्को काठमाडौँको सहयोगमा प्रकाशन गरिएको सामुदायिक सिकाइ केन्द्र क्षमता विकास व्यवस्थापन पुस्तिका २०७८ अध्ययन गरी हामीले एउटा नमुना/परीक्षण (प्रभावकारी सञ्चार ) शीर्षकमा आज कालिका प्राविधिक विद्यालयका प्रशिक्षार्थी, सदस्यहरु तथा कर्मचारीहरुका लागि तालिम सम्पन्न गरियो  । तालिमको सहजिकरण सस्थाकी सचिव निशा विशुन्के र शिखरापुर खुला विद्यालयकी सयोजक ललिता लामिछानेले गर्नु भएको थियो । कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन शिखरापुर सासिकेकै कार्यक्रम सहायक आयुषा भण्डारीले गर्नुभएको थिये । कार्यक्रम शिखरापुर हलमा सम्पन्न भएको थियो । तालिमको अवधि करिब ३ घन्टा रहेको थियो । उक्त तालिमको उदेश्य सासिके व्यवस्थापन क्षमता विकासको तयार भएको पुस्तिकाको आधारमा तालिम सञ्चालन गर्नु र प्रभावकारी सञ्चार शीर्षकमा सहभागीहरुको क्षमता अभिवृद्धि गर्नु रहेको थियो । यस पुस्तिकले खासगरी सामुदायिक सिकाइ केन्द्रका पदाधिकारी, परिचालिका, सहजकर्ता तथा स्वयंसेवकका लागि सामुदायिक सिकाइ केन्द्र सञ्चालन व्यवस्थापन सम्बन्धी क्षमता अभिवृद्धि गर्न ठूलो सहयोग पुग्ने हामीले अनुभव बटुलेका छौं । आगामी दिनमा कर्मचारीहरुले विविध तालिम सञ्चालन गर्न यसलाइ तयारीका रुपमा लिएको र यसले वहाँहरुमा क्षमता अभिवृद्धि भएको हामीले महशुश गरेका छौं ।
