Rural Infrastructure and Management Consultant (RIMC)  is providing technical support for this training. The program initially started from 2079/03/19 (3rd July, 2022) and will be concluded on 2079/06/26 (12th October, 2022). The training is scheduled from 10 AM to 3 PM, totaling 390 working hours (3 months). There are 20 students in total, ranging in age from 16 to 40 (F = 20, M= 0). The participants receive this training session free of charge, along with supplies including cloths, needles, thread, a sewing machine, as well as daily lunch money of Rs. 75 .  An individual’s total budget is Rs.35,000. The fundamental objective of this training is to produce items that are in demand while also fostering skill development and a sense of independence in people. Although participants from all racial backgrounds, socioeconomic levels, and cultural groups are welcomed and encouraged, the training program primarily targets single women,  individuals who are differently abled, youths of ethnic groups (Janjati) and youngsters . Even after the 3 months training the participants are granted free participation in National Skill Development and employment opportunities.

The teacher instructs the participants in simple language for them to understand and grasp knowledge easily. They make a paper module of the product along with measurements before handling other materials. They all learn in same pace and time, leaving no one behind and neglected.
