BBA Global Project and Change Management | Windesheim Honours College, The Netherlands
Spring 2024-2025
A group of students from Windesheim Honours College, Netherlands—Fenna, Vivi, Maud, Sem, and Prisca— are currently in Nepal as part of the MPGW. This program equips students with essential skills in project management, research, and leadership through hands-on experiences in real-world and cross-cultural settings. The MPGW is structured into three phases: 7 weeks of training and preparation in the Netherlands, 8 weeks of intensive fieldwork (either abroad or locally), and 3 weeks for final deliverables, appraisals, and presentations. As part of their fieldwork, the students are collaborating with Shikharapur Community Learning Center in Dakshinkali Municipality, where they are applying their knowledge to local projects while gaining meaningful insights into Nepal’s culture and community dynamics.
