The 65-Day Building Electrician (Level–1) Training was officially inaugurated at Shikharapur Community Learning Center (CLC). The training is organized with the support of the Social Development Office, Bhainsepati, Lalitpur, in coordination with Jeevan Shanti Engineering and managed by Shikharapur CLC.
A total of 20 youths were selected for the training after an interview process conducted by the Social Development Office. The program aims to provide practical skills to young people and support them in creating employment and self-employment opportunities.
The program was chaired by Mr. Nawaraj Nepal, Director of the Social Development Office. The Chief Guest of the program was Mr. Ram Mani Kafle, Chief Administrative Officer of Dakshinkali Municipality. Mr. Giriraj Khanal, Information Officer of Dakshinkali Municipality, and other distinguished guests were also present at the event.
The program began with a welcome speech by Mr. Shyam KC, Chairperson of Shikharapur CLC. In his remarks, he highlighted the commitment of the CLC to youth skill development and community empowerment.
Chief Guest Mr. Kafle congratulated the selected participants and encouraged them to use the skills and knowledge gained from the training in practical life for their personal and community development.
Chairperson of the program, Mr. Nawaraj Nepal, shared that the training will be highly practical. He also informed that from this year, participants will have the opportunity to take a Skill Test after completing the training. Successful trainees will receive both a Training Certificate and a Skill Test Certificate, which will add greater value to their qualifications. He mentioned that these certificates can help participants start their own businesses, work in companies, or even seek job opportunities abroad.
Shikharapur Community Learning Center continues to work actively in the areas of literacy, alternative education, skill development, and community empowerment. This training is expected to contribute significantly to building skilled and self-reliant youth in the community.

६५ दिने भवन विद्युत जडान (Building Electrician) तालिम उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न
सामाजिक विकास कार्यालय, भैंसेपाटी ललितपुरको सहयोग तथा जीवनशान्ति इन्जिनियरिङ र शिखरापुर सामुदायिक सिकाइ केन्द्र (CLC) को व्यवस्थापनमा ६५ दिने आधारभूत भवन विद्युत जडान (Level–1) तालिम शिखरापुर CLC परिसरमा शुभारम्भ गरिएको छ। युवाहरूलाई लक्षित गरी सञ्चालन गरिएको उक्त सीपमूलक तालिममा कार्यालयद्वारा लिइएको अन्तर्वार्ता प्रक्रियापछि २० जना युवाहरू छनोट भई सहभागी भएका छन्।
कार्यक्रमको अध्यक्षता सामाजिक विकास कार्यालयका निर्देशक श्री नवराज नेपालले गर्नुभएको थियो भने प्रमुख अतिथिका रूपमा दक्षिणकाली नगरपालिकाका प्रमुख प्रशासकीय अधिकृत श्री राममणि काफ्ले उपस्थित रहनुभएको थियो। साथै, दक्षिणकाली नगरपालिकाका सूचना अधिकारी श्री गिरिराज खनाललगायत विभिन्न सरोकारवालाहरूको उपस्थिति रहेको थियो।
कार्यक्रमको सुरुवात शिखरापुर CLC का अध्यक्ष श्री श्याम के.सी.को स्वागत मन्तव्यबाट भएको थियो।
“शिखरापुर सामुदायिक सिकाइ केन्द्र सधैं युवाहरूको सीप विकास र आत्मनिर्भरताका लागि प्रतिबद्ध छ। यो तालिमले युवाहरूलाई व्यवहारिक ज्ञान र सीप प्रदान गर्दै भविष्य निर्माणमा सहयोग पुर्याउनेछ।” – श्री श्याम के.सी., अध्यक्ष, शिखरापुर CLC
प्रमुख अतिथि श्री राममणि काफ्लेले सहभागीहरूलाई शुभकामना दिँदै सिकेको सीपलाई व्यवहारमा उतार्न आग्रह गर्नुभयो।
“तालिमबाट सिकेका ज्ञान र सीपलाई व्यवहारमा प्रयोग गर्नुहोस्। यसले व्यक्तिगत मात्र नभई समुदायको विकासमा पनि महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्याउनेछ।” – श्री राममणि काफ्ले, प्रमुख अतिथि
कार्यक्रमका अध्यक्ष श्री नवराज नेपालले तालिम अत्यन्त व्यवहारिक हुने र यस वर्षदेखि सहभागीहरूले सीप परीक्षण (Skill Test) मा समेत सहभागी हुने अवसर प्राप्त गर्ने जानकारी दिनुभयो। तालिम पश्चात् सहभागीहरूले तालिम प्रमाणपत्रसँगै सीप परीक्षण प्रमाणपत्र समेत प्राप्त गर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
“यो तालिम पूर्ण रूपमा व्यवहारिक हुनेछ। तालिमसँगै सीप परीक्षण प्रमाणपत्र पनि प्रदान गरिने भएकाले यसको मूल्य अझ बढ्नेछ। यसले सहभागीहरूलाई उद्यमशीलता सुरु गर्न, कम्पनी स्थापना गर्न वा विदेशमा रोजगारीका अवसर खोज्न थप सहयोग पुर्याउनेछ।” – श्री नवराज नेपाल, कार्यक्रम अध्यक्ष
शिखरापुर सामुदायिक सिकाइ केन्द्रले स्थानीय तहसँग सहकार्य गर्दै सीप विकास, वैकल्पिक शिक्षा र सामुदायिक सशक्तीकरणका क्षेत्रमा निरन्तर कार्य गर्दै आएको छ। उक्त तालिमले युवाहरूको क्षमता अभिवृद्धि गर्दै आत्मनिर्भर र सक्षम समुदाय निर्माणमा महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्याउने विश्वास लिइएको छ।
