About Training:
ONGD-FNEL Luxembourg and SCLC share a common objective to empower and support as many youths and women as possible through comprehensive educational initiatives and capacity-building programs.
The training and orientation for the management team, teachers, and well-wishers are essential to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support school dropouts, youths, and women returning to education. This initiative aims to enhance their capacity to deliver quality education, foster a supportive learning environment, and implement innovative teaching strategies. By aligning with the goals of the central and local governments, as well as the implementing organization, this training will ensure a cohesive approach to addressing educational disparities and promoting lifelong learning. The collective effort will drive community development and empower individuals to achieve their full potential.
