Shikharapur Community Learning Center (SCLC) has formally commenced a 65-day free bamboo and cane handicraft training program at its new building. Organized by the Social Development Office, Lalitpur, and hosted by SCLC, the training brings together 25 participants under the guidance of Chief Trainer Mr. Ram Rai.

With 304 total working hours, the program aims to strengthen participants’ practical skills, creativity, and income-generating opportunities through the production of bamboo and cane handicraft products.
