Leadership Workshop for Students of Shree Krishna School, Chhaimale
On 1st of June, trainees organized a Leadership Workshop for grade 8, 9 and 10 students in the topics Group work and Leadership. This seminar was conducted in Shree Krishna Secondary School which was located in Chhaimale, Dakshinkali Municipality, Ward no. 8. It was a government school. The workshop was organized for 40 students of grade 8, 9 and 10 total.
Trainees reached the location at 11:10 and had a short talk about the program and had 30 mins to set up the hall they were provided with. The program started at 11:40 where the students arrived and had a short introduction of the trainees and the students with a small introductive activity and students started feeling comfortable and slowly started to open up. Later on trainees introduced two activities to them which mainly focused on the topics(leadership and group work). Along with the activities trainees even taught the students about the importance of group work and how it can help an individual in their own growth also.
After the two hours program, trainees and the students cleaned and arranged the place as it was before and also awarded the students with sweets for their participation and involvement. It was a very interactive and a learning program for both the students and the trainees.
