
A certificate distribution ceremony was successfully held for participants who completed the one-month Computer Training jointly organized by Rukmini Foundation and Shikharapur Community Learning Center (SCLC). The program was honored by the presence of Mr. Laxman Dahal, Head of the Education, Youth and Sports Section of Dakshinkali Municipality, as the Chief Guest, while the event was chaired by Mr. Shyam Bahadur KC, Chairperson of SCLC.
The program was hosted by Ms. Sanjita Balami from Rukmini Foundation. Mr. Niroj Shrestha, Director of SCLC, delivered the welcome address, highlighting the objectives and importance of the training, and encouraged participants to utilize their newly acquired digital skills for future career development and entrepreneurship.

Chief Guest Mr. Laxman Dahal distributed certificates to all successful trainees. In his remarks, he highly appreciated the remarkable contributions of SCLC and Rukmini Foundation in promoting skill development in Dakshinkali Municipality and encouraged both organizations to continue serving youth and disadvantaged communities. He also thanked the trainees for their dedication, regular attendance, patience, and active learning, urging them to trust and take advantage of opportunities provided by local organizations.
During the ceremony, Ms. Lalita Lamichhane, Coordinator of the Open School, congratulated the trainees and emphasized the value of continuous learning. Mr. Shashi Sharma Aryal, Founder and Chairperson of Rukmini Foundation, inspired participants to continue enhancing their knowledge and skills for a brighter future.

On behalf of all trainees, one participant delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to Rukmini Foundation and SCLC for the well-managed training program and sharing how the course had enhanced participants’ knowledge, confidence, and practical computer skills.


In his closing remarks, Chairperson Mr. Shyam Bahadur KC congratulated all graduates, thanked everyone involved in making the program a success, and encouraged the trainees to continue learning and applying their skills for personal and community development.
The one-month training concluded as a great success, with enthusiastic participation and positive learning outcomes. The program significantly strengthened participants’ digital competencies and further reinforced the commitment of Rukmini Foundation and SCLC to empowering youth through quality skill-based education and training.
