On 22 Bhadra 2061, Mirosh was born in Bharatpur, Chitwan, in a family of six from humble backgrounds that included two sisters, a brother, his mother, father, and himself. He went to school in Chitwan up to the 3rd grade, but fate had something else in store for him. His family’s meager income was no longer enough to pay for his education, so he had to go to a child welfare center in Makwanpur to receive higher education. Today he is 17 years old, and his sisters, both of whom also received basic education, are now married, and his brother attends a school in his village. He raves about how much he enjoys traveling and visiting new places. He also says he wants to be a teacher in the future.
He came to Shikharapur Community Learning Center (SCLC) because he was recommended by a former graduate who stayed at SCLC. He enjoys learning new things. When he didn’t do well in 8th grade and was about to drop out, he was also under pressure to look for a well-paying job to support his family financially. But he also understood the importance of studying, so he came to the bottle house with the intention of studying and earning at the same time. He currently attends Shikharapur Open School in 8th grade and learns various work and skills along the way in the mornings and evenings. He enjoys cooking and spending time among the plants in the garden. He also takes care of the livestock and is happy to learn the entire curriculum as well as all practical and vocational skills. He expresses his desire to study until 12th grade and then return to his village. He is diligent, not only in his daily work, but also in his studies. Despite his young age, he seems very intelligent and responsible. He is full of dreams for his future, for which he has worked efficiently here, and it is obvious that he has the potential and desire for everything, whether it is for an excellent formal education or for the acquisition of various skills by those around him.
