Shikharapur CLC, 23rd December
Shikharapur Community Learning Center (CLC) has partnered with the Vocational and Skill Development Training Center in Gajuri to initiate a comprehensive Beautician Training Program aimed at empowering twenty enthusiastic participants over a 78-day period. The primary objective of this collaboration is to foster employment opportunities among the youth by equipping them with valuable skills in the beauty industry.
The program, designed to cater to the evolving demands of the job market, focuses on providing in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in various aspects of beautician skills. From hairstyling techniques to skincare routines, makeup artistry, and salon management, the curriculum covers a wide array of essential skills necessary for a successful career in the beauty sector.
One of the key aspects highlighted by the organizers is the emphasis on ensuring that participants are not only trained for local opportunities but are also equipped with skills that could potentially open doors for international employment. With the belief that these newly acquired competencies could enable participants to explore and excel in opportunities abroad, the training places a special emphasis on enhancing earning potential even if they choose to work overseas.
Mr. Niroj Shrestha, the Director of Shikharapur CLC, expressed his optimism regarding the impact of this initiative on the lives of the participants. “Our goal is to empower these young individuals with the necessary skills that not only make them employable locally but also equip them with capabilities that transcend geographical boundaries. By providing them with comprehensive training, we aim to open doors for lucrative career prospects, both nationally and internationally,” he stated.
The collaboration between Shikharapur CLC and the Vocational and Skill Development Training Center in Gajuri signifies a step towards fostering skill development and economic growth among the youth. The Chief Guest of the event Mr. Purushottam Pandey, Training Chief of Gajuri sait, “It is anticipated that this initiative will not only create employment opportunities but also contribute to the overall empowerment and self-sufficiency of the participants, thereby paving the way for a brighter future.”
The training program is set to commence on 22nd December and will continue for a duration of 78 days, promising to be a transformative journey for the participants as they step into the dynamic world of beauty and grooming.
